Your Role:

FIRESTOP INSTALLER

Before the Job:

• Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready and loaded in the company vehicle.

On the Job:

• Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.


• Keep the jobsite organized and free of debris.


• Clean equipment and store materials properly at the end of each day.


• Assist field technicians with various tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Learn firestopping installation basics.


• Participate in weekly safety meetings.


• Maintain company vehicles in clean and working order.

DOOR REPAIR TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:

The Door Repair Technician (DRT) is responsible for the repairs of fire rated doors, frames based off inspection criteria from NFPA 80.

SKILLS WE WILL TRAIN YOU:

The Door Repair Technician position will acquire knowledge in NFPA 80, metal door construction, wood door construction, frames, parts, and hand tools. The DRT is also responsible for the documentation of any repairs in Procore.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assist the Door Division Manager in the timely delivery of repairs and subsequent documentation to the client:


• 
  Repairs with approved materials


• 
  Correct installation of repair materials


• 
  Documenting each repair in Procore


• 
  Management of inventory


• 
  Working with clients to access sensitive areas such as operating areas or any night work


• 
  Reporting to the job site during operating hours of the facility

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50+ lbs. regularly.


• Comfortably climb ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.

Locations:

Work in healthcare facilities and new construction sites throughout New England. This role requires at least 50% travel. Our offices are located in Saco, ME, Lakeland, FL, and Raleigh, NC.
