The Fixed Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global fixed asset and leases portfolio, ensuring proper accounting, reporting and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards. This role involves managing the lease evaluation and renewals process and the full lifecycle of fixed assets from planning to acquisition to disposal, optimizing asset utilization, and supporting capital expenditure forecasting across multiple, global locations. The Fixed Asset Manager is a key member of the finance team.

Technology and systems: Work with ERP and specialized lease/fixed asset platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Visual Lease.
Executive and audit exposure: Provide analysis and reporting that supports financial statements, audits, compliance, and management decision-making.

What Success Looks Like:
Maintain a complete and accurate global fixed asset and lease portfolio with timely and properly classified transactions.
Ensure accurate financial reporting through effective reconciliations, journal entries, depreciation, amortization, and lease accounting.
Strengthen processes and internal controls that minimize errors, loss, unauthorized use, and compliance risks.
Effectively lead and develop the Fixed Assets team, creating accountability, knowledge sharing, and a strong succession pipeline.
Build strong relationships with global business partners and serve as a trusted finance resource for capital and asset-related decisions.
Provide reliable capital expenditure insights and forecasts, helping leadership make informed acquisition, replacement, and investment decisions.
Successfully manage audits and compliance requirements by maintaining organized documentation and responding confidently to auditor requests.
Optimize asset utilization and lifecycle management, ensuring the company gets maximum value from its investments.
Continuously improve systems and processes, leveraging technology and automation to make asset and lease management more efficient.
Operate with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism, especially in a high-volume, global environment with competing priorities.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in fixed asset management or 10 years of experience in accounting field overseeing fixed asset management functions.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting standards.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and fixed asset/lease management software.
The salary range for this position is $105-130K with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
