What You’ll Do

• Perform repairs on Cadillac vehicles using manufacturer procedures, advanced diagnostic equipment, and industry-leading technology.
• Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs 
• Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment 
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately 
• Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality 

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman-level technician experience preferred 
• Proven ability to flag hours consistently 
• Strong diagnostic and repair ability
• Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred 
• Reliable, production-focused work style
