Detail Technician Ferndale, Washington

Bellair Airporter Shuttle & Charter is looking for a reliable and motivated Detail Technician to join our team in Ferndale. This position plays an important role in keeping our motorcoaches clean, professional, and ready for service.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and helps maintain a clean and organized shop environment.  

Schedule - 7 days a week with Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays off

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Compensation:
$19.00 / per hour while training - After 90 days $21.00 / per hour

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail motorcoaches to company standards

• Perform basic pre-trip inspections including checking lights, fluid levels, and tires

• Monitor and document any issues found during inspections and report concerns to maintenance or

  management

• Ensure all coaches are clean and ready before leaving the yard

• Follow daily schedules and complete assigned tasks on time

• Assist with shop cleaning and yard cleanup

• Help with garbage and recycling duties

• Assist with lawn care, laundry, and other general tasks as needed

• Properly use cleaning chemicals and safety equipment

• Complete work sheets and document work performed daily

• Communicate clearly with leads and management regarding unfinished tasks or maintenance

  concerns

• Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic throughout the shift

  Qualifications

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive
  • Flexible and willing to assist where needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and chemical handling instructions • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred but not required

  • Cell phone use during work hours is not permitted except for emergencies
