Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor provides direct leadership and oversight for a team of fleet technicians, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles and equipment assets. This role is responsible for supervising daily shop operations, managing workflow, assigning and prioritizing repair and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor coaches, develops, and supports technician performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, quality, and vehicle uptime. This position partners closely with operations and transportation leadership to minimize equipment downtime and ensure fleet readiness to meet customer and business demands.
Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday beginning at 1:00 PM, with every other Saturday as required.

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. Pay: The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $80,877 - $95,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location
