What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience as a mechanic on fleet vehicles and/or heavy construction equipment
AC Certification (or commitment to obtain — Flare will support)
Strong independent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems
Ability to work full-time at out-of-town project locations for the duration of each project

What You'll Get:
Compensation
Competitive hourly wages with overtime potential

Per diem and travel support for all project assignments
