Fleet Supervisor - Logistics (2nd Shift) | Springdale, AR Terminal Office

Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading and directing the Tyson private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives.

• Responsibilities include:

• Driver management.

• On time service management.

• Driver safety management.

• Driver and load problem resolution.

• Other duties as assigned.

2nd Shift (Overnight/Flexible schedule): Could be 12 hour shift (6:00PM - 6:00AM) or 10 hour shift (5:00PM - 3:00AM).

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 1 year in transportation preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tyson Business Computer Systems, Sale Inventory SAP Transportation, and Warehousing Systems is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Supervisory: Acts as a team leader, providing functional supervision and training for other team members.

Travel: Occasional domestic trips (1-5 per year).
