Job Description - Flexible CDL-A Driver Needed - Dedicated Account

Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for a dynamic role with excellent earning potential? Join a dedicated flex team in Salina, KS!

Job Highlights:
• Starting Pay: $0.45 per mile
• Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,350
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,425 – 2,561
• Annual Earning Potential: $70,200+
• Home Time: Daily, with 2 layovers per week

️ Route Details:
• Service Area: NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, IA
• Average 35 stops per week
• Mix of day and night routes

Bonuses and Extra Pay:
• $500 New Hire Bonus (paid on second paycheck)
• $3,000 Referral Bonus
• Stop Pay: $17 (stops 1-3), $22 (4+ stops)
• Delay Pay: $17/hour

Equipment:
• 2020 and newer sleepers and straight trucks
• Electric pallet jacks for unloading

⏰ Schedule:
Flexible schedule covering various shifts:
• Day Routes: 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM (layover routes)
• Night Routes: Typically 10 PM departure, return following morning

Key Requirements:
• 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• Comfortable with night driving
• Flexible schedule (varied Monday-Friday)
• Must work full week to receive guaranteed minimum pay
