Job Description - Float Teller



Full-time


Description

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Maple Grove branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes but is not limited to Maple Grove, Plymouth, Roseville North and Eden Prairie. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions


Requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
  • Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
  • Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
  • Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
  • Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis

Your Schedule:

  • This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00-$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
