We’re Hiring! Floater Position

Do you love being everywhere at once, helping wherever you’re needed, and bringing positive energy into every classroom? Then our Floater position might be perfect for YOU!

We are looking for a flexible, upbeat, and dependable Floater to support our childcare center throughout the day.

✨ Position Details:
• Flexible hours (support across classrooms as needed)
• 3–8 hour shifts depending on center needs
• Active, hands-on role in multiple age groups
• A fun, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same!

✨ Requirements:
• CDA or wanting to working toward CDA preferred
• Must be flexible and willing to jump into any classroom
• Able to assist with diaper changes and all daily care needs when working with younger children
• Positive attitude and team spirit are a must!
• Willingness to support potty training when assigned to toddler rooms

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Enjoys working with all age groups (infants through school-age)
• Can adapt quickly and support teachers wherever needed
• Brings energy, patience, and a helping heart every day
