We're looking for a caring, dependable Floater Teacher to support classrooms across our center, build relationships with children and families, and help us create magical memories every day.

Pay: $15.50-$19.25 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide a safe, caring environment, maintaining required ratios and supervision at all times


• Step into classrooms as needed and keep routines, learning, and fun running smoothly


• Help plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, such as storytelling, centers, songs, games, and movement activities that build fine and gross motor skills


• Guide children in learning classroom rules and routines with kindness and consistency


• Help track children's development and progress throughout the year


• Communicate with families, the Director, and the Assistant Director in a professional, caring way


• Model our Core Values, company policies, and the NAEYC Code of Ethics for coworkers, families, and the community
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)


• 2+ years of professional experience in early childhood education (required)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Flexibility, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to different classrooms and situations


• A genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives
