Floater Teacher (North Cobb)

PART-TIME / FULL TIME POSITION | MONDAY–FRIDAY 

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Floater Teacher to help create a supportive, play-based learning environment where young children grow with confidence and curiosity. In this role, you will support daily classroom routines, assist with engaging activities, and help maintain a nurturing atmosphere that encourages each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

  Support age-appropriate, play-focused learning experiences

  Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and rest time

  Maintain positive communication with families and team members

  Contribute to a safe and encouraging classroom environment

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

  
  

What We Offer:

  Pay rate: $15.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience and location
