Location: Venice Beach, CA 

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Belles Beach House, a vibrant and high-energy destination in Venice Beach, is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and a top-tier guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage reservations, seating, and flow of service to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce all food safety, alcohol awareness, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence on the floor.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a team.
• Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality technology.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hospitality, Business, or related associate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
