Starling Chevrolet is seeking a results-driven Floor Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to support daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and help lead a high-performing team. This role is hands-on and focused on desking deals, closing customers, and developing sales consultants.
Work directly with customers and sales consultants to close deals on the showroom floor
Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability
Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to improve performance
Assist in managing daily sales operations and team productivity
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Collaborate with F&I to finalize deals efficiently
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper follow-up processes are being executed
Automotive sales experience required; leadership or desking experience preferred
Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with CRM systems and desking tools
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Full-time schedule
Evenings and weekends required
High-volume store with strong inventory
Supportive leadership team and growth-focused environment
