Your Role as a Floor Tech:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General care of all types of floors throughout the facility including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, stripping and buffing of floors as needed


• Cleaning and maintenance of floor drains


• Dispose of trash and hazardous waste according to facility policies and procedures


• Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms


• Ensure all equipment/tools, including cleaning chemicals, are properly stored at all times


• Restock housekeeping supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap/sanitizer dispensers as needed


• Performs minor maintenance/repair tasks


• Assist with moving furniture

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a minimum tenth grade education


• Prior experience with floor cleaning/maintenance is required


• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
