Floor Technician

Full-Time Floor Technician 

7:00AM - 3:30PM or 3:00PM-11:30PM with rotating weekends!

If you are looking to make a difference, we’d love to talk to you!  We are currently seeking a Floor Technician to join our team. This position works 7am - 3:30 pm (including every other weekend) and is position is responsible for performing floor maintenance duties in assigned areas and visually evaluating the cleanliness of the community.  Position also assists with set up of furniture for special functions and activities within the community. We offer perks such as free meals, team member appreciation events, flexible scheduling, and generous paid time off.  We have a strong workplace excellence, and our leadership demonstrates team member commitment and appreciation every day!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to work every other weekend


• Capable of standing and walking throughout the day.


• Pleasant personality and patience exhibited while interacting with residents, guests and team members.


• Ability to understand and follow oral and printed instructions.


• Ability to do repeated bending, pushing, pulling, stooping movements and lifting or carrying a minimum of 40 lbs.
