Bomberger’s Store – Flooring & Cabinets Sales Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time | Lititz & Hershey)

Bomberger’s Store is a family-owned home improvement retailer serving the community since 1887. We’re known for our wide selection of quality products and our commitment to friendly, personalized service.

We are seeking a Flooring & Cabinets Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build knowledge in home improvement products in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers in the showroom and assess project needs
• Recommend flooring, cabinet, and countertop solutions
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process deposits (RFMS; training provided)
• Review pricing, close sales, and obtain customer approvals (full-time role)
• Interpret basic measurements or plans to assist with estimates
• Answer phone calls and follow up on quotes and completed projects
• Maintain showroom displays, organization, and assigned product areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable learning new systems
• Interest in home improvement products (training provided)
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to work at Lititz and/or Hershey locations based on role and staffing needs

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available (part-time typically 12–20 hours/week, with potential for more)
• Initial training for all Team Members take place in Lititz
• After initial training period, full time employees expected to work at both Hershey and Lititz locations.
• Part time employees work primarily at one location; Lititz or Hershey
