Job Responsibilities

• Install vinyl plank, tile, carpet, and laminate flooring
• Measure and cut flooring materials accurately
• Prepare subfloors for installation
• Remove existing flooring materials
• Perform flooring repairs and touch-ups
• Install transitions, trim, and baseboards
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete projects efficiently and with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Flooring installation experience preferred
• Experience with vinyl, tile, or carpet installation
• Ability to use flooring tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or with a crew
• Valid driver’s license preferred
