FM Onsite Coordinator

Description

Position Summary

Supports and understands FM/MPS‑specific solutions by providing high‑quality service through exemplary onsite customer service and accurate task execution. Consistently exceeds client expectations by demonstrating a “Whatever It Takes” attitude while delivering the highest‑quality solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Mail Processing — Collect, sort, and distribute mail received via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Staff Requests — Prioritize and complete work requested by staff.
• Reprographics Tasks — Perform hole punching, laminating, binding, and folding.
• Machine Maintenance — Conduct general maintenance of reprographics equipment.
• Supply Management — Maintain and control supplies for all copiers and printers.
• Wide‑Format Printing 
• Small‑Format Printing 
• Scanning 
• Finishing Tasks — Binding, collating, and related tasks.
• Space Allocation Support — Assist with collecting data for space planning.
• Reception Coverage — Provide coverage during PTO and lunch breaks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a print room or related environment.
• 1–3 years of onsite administrative customer service experience.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, with interpersonal skills that support positive outcomes.
• Proficient problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
