Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Build meaningful long-term patient relationships within a community-focused practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Mission-driven healthcare environment serving the Berkshire region
• Strong support staff and established clinical workflows

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $104,000 - $120,000 Based On Experience
• Student Loan Repayment Up To $50,000
• Tuition Reimbursement Up To $75,000 Annually
• On-Call Stipend Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• Limited Call Rotation
• One Weekend Every 8 Weeks With Stipend

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
• Coordinate care with specialists and support services
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
