FOH Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

As the Front of House Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and overseeing the day-to-day execution of the restaurant. You will lead and develop Team Leaders, coach Team Members, protect the guest experience, and work alongside your team to ensure Chick-fil-A Moscow operates with excellence, urgency, and consistency.

This is a hands-on management role. You will spend significant time in the restaurant leading from the floor—not sitting behind a desk. You will be expected to jump into the operation when needed, coach in real time, solve problems quickly, and develop the people around you.

What You'll Own

Front of House Leadership

• Lead and oversee the Front of House team of 50+ Team Members
• Lead, coach, and develop Front of House Team Leaders
• Set clear expectations for hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and performance
• Ensure Front of House positions are appropriately staffed and deployed
• Monitor shift flow and make real-time adjustments to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Partner with Back of House leadership to ensure strong communication and restaurant-wide execution
• Serve as a visible leader and role model for the team

People Development

• Develop Team Leaders and identify future leaders within the organization
• Coach Team Members and leaders through real-time feedback and intentional development
• Support onboarding and training systems
• Help create individualized development opportunities for emerging leaders
• Hold leaders accountable while maintaining a positive, respectful, team-first culture
• Recognize strong performance and create opportunities for team members to grow
• Partner with the leadership team on performance management and employee relations

Restaurant Operations

• Lead and oversee daily Front of House operations in a high-volume restaurant
• Work hands-on in the operation alongside Team Members and Team Leaders
• Protect Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety
• Monitor Drive-Thru and Front of House performance
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cash-handling and financial stewardship procedures are followed
• Respond professionally and effectively to guest concerns
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment

Culture & Standards

• Help build a high-performance, team-first culture
• Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and servant leadership
• Ensure policies, procedures, and expectations are applied consistently and fairly
• Lead with calm, emotional maturity, and professionalism—especially under pressure
• Protect the vision and direction of the Owner/Operator and leadership team
• Promote a culture where people are challenged, supported, and developed

What We're Looking For

• Proven management or leadership experience
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading or developing teams of 30+ strongly preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive relationships
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in real time
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A Moscow's values and leadership expectations
