Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator with a background in the food packaging industry. The ideal candidate will operate and adjust a gluer machine, ensuring high-quality production that meets customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust the gluer machine, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Prepare the gluer for operation, maintaining quality and consistency in output.
• Perform make-ready tasks for high productivity and precision.
• Oversee and assist general technicians on equipment.
• Maintain quality control, ensuring jobs are error-free and meet standards.
• Adhere to OHSE and Clean policies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, promoting cooperation and excellent performance.
• Lead and motivate the crew to improve work quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Folder/Gluer equipment in the food packaging sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift frequently (over 30 lbs).
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
