Folder Gluer Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our 2^nd shift production team (Monday – Thursday 2pm–12pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder-gluer machines to produce high-quality folded and glued cartons according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder-gluer machines for carton production


• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and alignment


• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects


• Monitor production speeds and maintain efficiency standards


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards


• Complete production reports and documentation accurately


• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating folder-gluer equipment preferred


• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills


• Ability to read production specifications


• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


• Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed

Preferred Experience

• Experience with folder-gluer machines


• Knowledge of carton manufacturing processes


• Familiarity with quality control standards
