Job Description

Key responsibilities:

 

1. Coordinates, supervises and executes the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverage in assigned area station.

2. Responsible for order taking and service in assigned station.

3. Ensures that menu items, are available from kitchen.

4. Ensures that service side station is fully stocked and in clean condition at the commencement of service.

5. Ensures that tables are set up in accordance with established standards and all equipment clean and in good condition.

6. Serves food and beverage in the established service style.

7. Attends to guest’s complaints and requests; refers same to F&B Supervisor, when necessary,     

8. Maintains effective employee relations.

9. Ensures that personal grooming and state of uniform of self and waiters is to required standards.

 

Job Requirements:

-BA (Bachelor’s Degree) preferably in Hospitality Management.

-3-5 years’ experience in the same position in the Hotel Industry

-Fluent in English. French an advantage
