As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality dining experience that will allow them to be productive and stay strong when they are away from home. • Assist with training, coaching, mentoring and scheduling.
• Support employees in the restaurant and room service to ensure guests are receiving attentive and efficient service.
• Proactively engage in conversation with guests, seeking feedback about their stay and their dining experience.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues or complaints to their satisfaction.
• Monitor all food and beverage deliveries for portion control, quality and presentation.
• Ensure that food handling and safety guidelines are followed, including kitchen logs.
• Monitor key control and cash control procedures to ensure standards of operating are met.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
