Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our food and beverage operations. This role requires a passionate leader who can elevate our guest experience through impeccable service standards, innovative menu planning, and efficient management of all food and beverage outlets. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency and quality.


• Lead, motivate, and train food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


• Walk-through restaurants for guest interaction and help with service during busy times


• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation policies are strictly adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements..

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage supervisor or in a similar food and beverage management position.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.


• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures..


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
