Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Mira Vista Country Club — Fort Worth, Texas
Mira Vista Country Club is a private, member-owned country club in southwest Fort Worth built around great experiences—for our members, our guests, and the people who work here.
For more than 35 years, Mira Vista has been a place where families and friends come together for dining, golf, racquet sports, swimming, social events, and celebrations. Our vision is to create memorable experiences that enrich the lives of members, guests, and staff.
For our employees, that means being part of a team where hospitality is personal, relationships matter, and the details make a difference. Our core values—Community, Hospitality, Respect, Excellence, Friendliness, Innovation, and Stewardship—guide how we serve our members and how we work with one another.
Our Food & Beverage team serves members throughout several dining venues and special events across the Club. Employees have the opportunity to learn hospitality skills, work closely with an experienced service team, and contribute directly to the member experience.
Mira Vista employs more than 200 people each year across a variety of departments and offers part-time, full-time, and seasonal opportunities. Depending on position and eligibility, benefits may include paid time off, health benefits, employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and discounts on meals and merchandise.
Food & Beverage Support Staff are essential to keeping our dining operation running smoothly.
In this role, you will work closely with Servers, culinary staff, and other members of the Food & Beverage team to make sure food reaches tables quickly, dining areas stay clean and organized, service stations remain stocked, and our members receive attentive service.
This can be a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the hospitality industry, gain restaurant experience, or grow into additional Food & Beverage positions over time.
You may be a great fit if you:
Previous restaurant, food-running, bussing, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are especially important.
The strongest Support Staff members notice what needs to happen next.
They help keep tables ready, food moving, service stations stocked, and their teammates supported. They understand that even when they are working behind the scenes, their work has a direct impact on the experience our members have at Mira Vista.
If you're dependable, observant, energetic, and willing to learn, this role can be a strong starting point for growing your hospitality experience.
