Job Description - Food Prep - Produce Cut Program

Participate in food prep and/or production for the department and others as directed.
Following established procedures, prep, pack and label food items according to assigned production schedule.
Able to work with all products required to satisfy the assigned production list.
Ensure that food items are dated, stocked, rotated and all out of date items are removed.
Adhere to safe food handling procedures at the prep station, walk-in and waste management areas.

Requirements

Good knife skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands.
Organized, attention to detail.
Able to read and follow directions.
Willingness and ability to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job.
Able to finish assignments in a timely fashion.

Salary Description

$17-19 per hour
