Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests as a professional Food Runner
• Confirm all plates are complete, accurate, and presented properly before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and expo to maintain smooth service flow
• Maintain urgency and organization during high-volume lunch and dinner service
• Assist with table maintenance, refills, pre-bussing, and guest support when needed
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized throughout each shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure guests receive a seamless dining experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, busser, or restaurant support staff preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
• Ability to carry multiple plates safely and confidently
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
