The Fnb Food Runner / Busser is responsible for supporting the front-of-house team by delivering
food promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, resetting tables, assisting servers,
completing assigned side work, roll-ups and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality and efficient service.
This role is essential to smooth restaurant operations and member satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
Food Running Responsibilities
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately; understanding the order of priority
dishes i.e. Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts (melting ice cream, etc.).
• Verify plates and modifiers before delivering orders, organize, garnish and ensure plates of food are trayed
and ready for service; ensure side items are prepared, sushi set-ups, doilies, soup spoons, etc.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding order timing and special requests.
• Ensure food presentation standards are maintained during delivery.
• Assist in expediting food during peak service periods.
• Refill water, bread, condiments, and guest necessities as needed.
• While in this assignment, acts as liaison of communication between the service team and the culinary team.
• Ensures par levels are maintained for side order items, rotates and dates all food items related to front of
house service.
• Completion of packaging to-go orders and mobile orders; including printing checks and ensuring accuracy of
pickup by members.
Performance Expectations

Mandatory Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred previous experience in Food and Beverage outlet preferably in a Hospitality, Golf or Club setting.
• Must have Nevada Food Handlers or Servsafe Certified.
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Physical Demands:
• Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. and more with assistance.
