Food Runner - Full Time, Sportsbook (Caesars Atlantic City)

This position is responsible for transferring food items and materials from food storeroom to assigned outlets within the delivery times as defined by department’s service standards.

•    Receives food items and materials from food storeroom and delivers to cooks.    
•    Responsible for all items received. 
•    Visually inspects all items received and informs superior of any discrepancies.  
•    Responsible for all items received to assure good conditions are maintained.
•     Assures that the receipt and request of all items is timely and accurate. 
•    Obtains and distributes all requested supplies as needed. 
•    Ability to be mobile in all areas of the hotel.

•    High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
•    Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job. 
•    Must be able to navigate quickly and efficiently from one location to another.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
•    Ability to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 100 pounds. 
•    Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively 
•    Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
•    Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
•    Must be able to work in wet, extreme cold and/or heat, noisy environment.
