A Food Server is responsible for the experience of the guest. With full knowledge of all menus, food, wine, beer, and spirits, the restaurant server is also a representative of American Place Casino

Essential Job Functions:

  Consistently following established sequence of service to provide the highest level of service to our guests

  Building and establishing a personal clientele through guest interaction, name/face recognition

  Responsible for a cash bank to insure quick service for our cash paying guests

  Performing all opening and closing duties daily

  Maintaining cleanliness of shift area and service bar/stations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Preferred:

Bi-lingual a plus

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

 Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Restaurant servers must possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company.  In particular the cocktail server must be proficient in the following:
