THE JOB:
Join us at Valley’s Edge, where we elevate the dining experience to new heights! As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exquisite culinary creations and exceptional service in our elegant setting. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of sophistication and attention to detail as you ensure every guest enjoys a memorable fine dining experience. THE STARTING RATE: $7.25 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner to ensure they feel welcome.

• Guide guests through all phases of their dining experience at the restaurant.

• Utilize knowledgeable selling techniques for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and menu items from every course.

• Accurately itemize bills and efficiently secure payment from guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock in assigned areas, including side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.

• Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address any guest or employee needs.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Provides exceptional service and takes pride in their work.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks at once.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• Brings previous experience as a Food Server in a fine dining restaurant environment (preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• At least 5 years of prior experience required in food and beverage environment.
