Food Service Manager

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Food Service Operations Manager to lead on-site dining operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food service, safety, and guest experiences.

This leadership role is responsible for team management, operational performance, financial results, client relationships, and execution of service standards. The ideal candidate combines strong food service leadership with a hospitality-focused approach and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site food service operations and ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage, train, develop, and motivate food service employees.
• Establish operational priorities, allocate resources, and drive team performance.
• Support hiring, performance evaluations, employee development, and other people-management activities.
• Monitor food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational and financial performance while supporting business objectives.
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual and service commitments are consistently delivered.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
• Support culinary innovation and initiatives that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Use operational data and performance results to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and other teams to maintain effective service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years of related food service or hospitality experience.
• Experience leading, training, and developing on-site food service teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing operations in a high-volume dining or food service environment.
• Experience developing and executing operational plans.
• Strong understanding of service quality and guest experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, resources, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale dining or institutional food service operations.
• Experience with financial and operational performance management.
• Experience developing client or customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices within food service operations.
• Experience supporting culinary innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a matrixed or multi-stakeholder organization.
