Job Description - Food Service Sales Manager

• Lead commercial market expansion initiatives within the North American hospitality and food service sectors.
• Target, pitch, and capture high-volume commercial restaurant chains, national hotel groups, and hospitality buyers.
• Manage distribution networks and negotiate contract terms with nationwide food wholesalers and logistics partners.
• Supervise regional sales professionals, allocate quarterly territory quotas, and review individual KPIs.
• Formulate annual commercial sales budgets, strategic product pricing models, and territory penetration goals. 

要件

• 5+ years of corporate B2B sales or corporate account management experience within the food industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing sales teams, territory budgets, or commercial personnel targets.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. food service distribution network, broadline brokers, and logistics structures.
• Business-level English communication proficiency to drive contract negotiations with national buyers.
• Native-level Japanese language fluency to present strategic localized updates to global leadership teams.
