Job Purpose: Provide a positive and efficient dining experience by assisting with food and beverage operations, supporting daily service activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while following all food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Park-Wide Related Duties:
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
- Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and service flow
- Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Department-Specific Duties:
- Assist guests with food and beverage orders and provide information on menu items and specials
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for order processing and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including prep areas and service counters
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies to support daily operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist with opening and closing duties to maintain readiness for daily operations
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining experience for guests
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferred Experience – Food service or customer service experience preferred

- Specific Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including guest interactions, kitchen equipment, timers, and team communication, in a fast-paced food service environment
