Due to our continued growth, we're adding a Sales Consultant to our team. This is a rare opportunity at Rob Sight Ford — we have very low employee turnover and several longtime members of our sales staff, so openings on our sales team don't come along often.
We're interested in experienced automotive sales professionals, but we're also open to successful people from other sales, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer-focused backgrounds who have the personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
Our Sales Consultants receive a base salary plus performance bonuses, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.
Rob Sight Ford is a locally owned and operated family business with roots in Kansas City dating back to 1923. We're located in South KC, just east of 135th & State Line, in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Kansas City metro.
We're also one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships in Kansas City, with significant year-over-year growth in each of the past three years.

Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
Respond to internet and phone inquiries and set appointments
Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
Demonstrate vehicles and accompany customers on test drives
Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
Become knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, features, and options
Use industry-leading technology to manage and follow up with customers
Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Great people and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Competitive and motivated to succeed
Dependable and team-oriented
Strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable learning new products and technology
High standard for quality and customer service
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old
Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it's not the only path to success here. If you've built a successful track record in automotive sales, we'd like to talk to you. If you're great with people and have succeeded in another sales, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer-service environment, we'd like to talk to you too.
Base salary plus performance bonuses

5-day workweek / 2 days off
Sales Department hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
