Ford Automotive Technician

Ford of Elizabethton is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Elizabethton, TN. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic and repair services on Ford vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle problems


• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections


• Use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot Ford vehicles


• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair options


• Maintain accurate repair records and reports


• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures


• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record


• ASE Certification is a plus
