 What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Diagnose and repair Ford diesel engines and related powertrain systems

  
  


• 
  

  Perform warranty and non-warranty diesel repairs to Ford factory standards

  
  


• 
  

  Use OEM diagnostic equipment (IDS, FDRS) and technical resources

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with advisors and foremen to ensure timely service completion

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, accurate service records and comply with all safety policies

  
  


• 
  

  Help mentor junior technicians when needed

  
  

 What You Bring:

• 
  

  Ford Diesel Engine Certification (Preferred) or equivalent experience

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of Ford diesel repair experience (e.g., 6.7L Power Stroke®)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to diagnose drivability and mechanical issues accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Ford factory tools and systems

  
  


• 
  

  A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
