Ford Service Manager

Ford of Harvey is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department in Harvey, LA. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive efficiency and profitability within the service team. You will act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and management to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the service department, including workflow, staffing, and customer relations.


• Ensure timely and efficient repair services to meet customer expectations.


• Monitor service department performance metrics and implement improvements.


• Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.


• Handle customer concerns and warranty issues promptly and professionally.


• Coordinate with parts department and sales team to maximize service opportunities.


• Maintain compliance with Ford policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably within a Ford dealership.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations.


• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvement initiatives.


• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
