Responsibilities

• 
  

  Diagnose, inspect, and perform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow Ford and manufacturer repair procedures and standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate repair documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with the service team to provide an outstanding customer experience.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience (required).

  
  


• 
  

  Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  PA State Inspection License (required).

  
  


• 
  

  PA Emissions Inspection License (required).

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and motor vehicle record check.
