Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour based on experience, certifications, and production ability

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured shop experience


• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills


• Ability to maintain efficiency in a flat-rate environment


• Professional attitude and team mentality


• Ford certifications highly valued
