Foreign Travel Program Support

We are searching for an experienced candidate for the position of a Foreign Travel Program Support, in San Diego, California.

Position Summary

Receiving and processing official and personal Foreign Travel requests for the military, civilians, and contractors (only official travel for Military and contractors) on board Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify isolated personnel reports (ISOPREPs) using the Personnel Recovery Mission Software database (PRMS).
• Draft and submit an APACS clearance request for personnel using the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System.
• Maintain logs in the database of all foreign travel information.
• Notify travelers of required training and post completed training to travelers records.
• Research and create site-specific travel briefings to assist travelers.
• Email copies of submitted and approved APACS requests to travelers.
• Assist and answer any travel questions or concerns.

• Associate’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience
• Must have DTS experience
• Active Secret Clearance - Required
