Elements is a national hospitality renovation company known for delivering high-quality work in live environments. We partner with hotel and senior living clients who value consistency, professionalism, and strong relationships—and we’re looking for a Foreman who shares those values and leads with purpose.

As a Foreman, you are a key field leader and the first point of contact for crews on the job site. You work closely with the Site Supervisor to understand scope, schedule, and budget, and you provide clear direction that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

Travel to job sites for the duration of the project is required.

Why Elements?

At Elements, hospitality isn’t just what we build, it’s how we work. We believe strong relationships, trust, and accountability lead to better projects and better teams. If you take pride in your work, value people, and want to grow with a company known for doing the right thing, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Site Supervisor by delegating tasks and managing daily work
  • Understand job scopes, schedules, budgets, and multiple trades
  • Train and support crew members with tasks and product knowledge
  • Prepare job sites with proper tools, materials, and logistics

  • Initiate RFIs, assist with documentation, and mark up as-builts
  • Use MS Project, Excel, Word, and Procore Field
  • Maintain safety as a priority; identify and mitigate hazards
  • Foster a positive, respectful, team-centered job site culture

Requirements
