Forklift Operator

Advance Onboarding Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety while efficiently managing inventory handling and supporting warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from delivery vehicles.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts and report any malfunctions.
• Assist in inventory management including counting and recording stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet workflow deadlines.

• Ability to operate a Gas/Electric Forklift
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Good physical condition and ability to operate warehouse equipment.

• Pay starts at $11-$12/hour
