About the role.

What you’ll be doing.

The Forklift Operator supports warehouse, production, and shipping operations by safely transporting materials, managing inventory, and ensuring product flow in compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards. Your day-to-day may consist of:

• Operate forklifts to efficiently unload inbound shipments and transport ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods across the facility.


• Verify incoming shipments by inspecting load seals and Bills of Lading (BOL); prepare and print labels, and uphold accurate documentation for both receiving and shipping processes.


• Supply production and packing lines with necessary materials and ensure finished goods are properly transferred to storage freezers or outbound trailers.


• Maintain inventory accuracy by adhering to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) rotation, tracking pallets, conducting quality callbacks, and documenting activity within the inventory system.


• Foster a safe workplace environment by following safety protocols, maintaining clean and organized work areas, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and providing support to Production or Warehouse leadership as required.

This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required.  

Available Shift: C Crew/PM Shift (6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule, shift differential offered.

What you’ll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 1-2 years of forklift experience required with a demonstrated record of safe operation; ability to earn forklift certification required.

• Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment, processes, and roles – experience working with SAP preferred but not required.


• Demonstrates strong technical ability with a digital-first approach, embracing new technologies and accurately entering data.


• Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization, follows instructions (written/oral/diagram form), and completes necessary documentation independently in English.


• Pays close attention to detail, prioritizing product quality, safety, and accurate record-keeping.


• Physically capable of meeting job requirements and consistently brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work.


• Demonstrates adaptability, technical proficiency, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills while working independently or collaboratively to ensure effective and logical decision-making in diverse situations.


• Demonstrates the physical capability to bend frequently and lift heavy objects (up to 40 pounds), alongside proficiency in safely operating Powered Industrial Vehicles to support workplace operations.

Compensation Package: $ - $ Starting at 26.01 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
