Position: Forklift Operator / Cherry picker Company: IWS Group Contract Details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, $18.00 per hour Are you a skilled forklift operator with experience operating cherry pickers? As a forklift operator / cherry picker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently maneuvering forklifts and cherry pickers in tight spaces to move and transport materials and products. You will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring that products are delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to move and transport materials and products - Maneuver equipment in tight spaces to ensure safe and efficient movement - Load and unload materials from trucks and shelves - Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning - Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid forklift operator certification - Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers - Ability to maneuver equipment in tight spaces - Strong attention to detail and safety protocols - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
