Founding Engineer

A venture -backed startup is hiring a senior full -stack engineer to help build cutting -edge applied AI products. This is a high -impact role for someone who combines deep technical skill with product intuition—and thrives in fast, early -stage environments.

What They're Looking For

• 5–10 years at Tier 1 venture -backed startups (Series B or earlier only)
  

• Prior founder or founding engineer experience preferred
  

• At least 6 months building with applied AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
  

• CS or STEM degree from a top 10 university
  

Core Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, Django
  

• Frontend: TypeScript, Vercel
  

• Infrastructure: AWS ECS, RDS/Postgres, Redis, Terraform
  

• AI/ML: OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude Code, Cursor
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bias for action and fast execution
  

• Curious, product -minded, and comfortable thinking beyond the code
  

• Strong ownership mentality; founder archetypes do well here
