Founding Managing Attorney Personal Injury

We are looking for a Managing Attorney with 2+ years of personal injury experience to lead and build out our brand-new Minnesota office. The firm is one of California's largest plaintiff PI firms now expanding into multiple states, and this is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to run operations end-to-end with full backing from the founding partners.

What will you be doing?

  Run all Minnesota operations — from case strategy and client outcomes to hiring and managing your own staff (with HR support)

  Lead business development efforts in Minnesota in close partnership with the firm's co-founders

  
  


• 
  

  Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of attorneys, case managers, and paralegals

  
  


• 
  

  Own the client experience — delivering the white-glove, family-first service the firm is known for

  
  


• 
  

  Work remotely initially, then transition to full-time in-office once the Minneapolis office is established

  
  

Key Requirements

• 
  

  Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar

  
  


• 
  

  At least 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (civil litigation, public defense, or malpractice backgrounds may also be considered)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service orientation and team-player mentality — no arrogance or "shut my door" personalities

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully paperless, digital environment (Apple/Mac ecosystem)

  Long-term mindset — hungry, ambitious, and wants to be with the firm for a long term
