Franchise Sales Consultant, Non-Traditional Development

CRISP & GREEN is expanding into non-traditional venues and we are hiring someone to go build that channel. Airports, colleges and universities, military bases, stadiums and arenas, hospitals, corporate dining, casinos and resorts. These are high traffic, high visibility locations and a health forward brand is underrepresented in almost all of them. This is a hunting role. You are responsible for finding your own opportunities, qualifying them, and closing them. You will also work leads assigned to you in FranConnect, but self generated deals are the expectation, not the exception.

This is not an administrative or deal support role. If your background is processing paperwork or managing candidates through a pipeline somebody else built, this is not a fit.

What you will do

• Build a pipeline of non-traditional opportunities through your own prospecting, existing relationships, brokers, conferences, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Develop relationships with concessionaires, contract foodservice providers and venue operators. In this channel they are usually the gatekeeper.
• Find and qualify multi-unit operators who want to add a differentiated brand to their portfolio.
• Lead our response to RFPs, competitive bids and venue selection processes.
• Qualify candidates on financial capacity, operating ability and brand fit. A bad operator in a high visibility venue costs us more than a missed deal.
• Run deals through our development process, including FDD disclosure requirements and internal approvals, through signed agreement.
• Keep FranConnect current and accurate, and deliver pipeline updates on an agreed cadence.
• Work with Operations, Marketing, Design and Legal on venue feasibility and alternative footprints.

Compensation

This is an independent, commission-driven opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on franchise sales volume.

 What we are looking for

• 5+ years of franchise development, licensing or B2B sales with results you can document. Deals sourced, deals signed, units committed.
• Non-traditional experience, or closely related multi-unit or enterprise development experience with a credible path into the channel.
• A network you can start calling on day one. Venue operators, concessionaires, brokers, developers or multi-unit franchisees.
• Experience selling to sophisticated operators and business owners who ask hard questions.
• Comfortable working inside an FDD framework.
• Disciplined with a CRM. FranConnect, Salesforce or similar.
• Willing to travel for conferences, venue visits and periodic brand meetings.

Preferred

• Track record winning competitive RFPs and venue bids.
• Experience with an emerging or fast growing brand where speed matters more than process.
• Existing relationships with national concessionaire or contract foodservice organizations.
